JGI in Singapore

The Jane Goodall Institute (Singapore) aims to nurture the next generation of 'Jane Goodalls' in Singapore.  We believe that knowledge & compassion lead to action, and that everyone can make a difference through our own actions.  That's why our programmes focus on empowering & inspiring people to take action for the local environment, animals, and community.  

JGIS key programmes:

  2. Roots & Shoots service learning programme 
  3. Environmental education through our Eco-literacy Classes for Secondary schools
  4. Monkey Walks Talks on key environment-animals-community issues in Singapore 


The Jane Goodall Institute (Singapore) or JGIS is the local chapter of the organisation founded by Dr Jane Goodall to empower people to make a difference for all living things. JGIS is a registered society in Singapore. Our ROS number is RROS 1066/2007, and our registered address is 141 Cecil Street, #08-05, Singapore 069541.
